Faster response with the EMS Fire Alarm System
As an FAFS officer, you don’t want to lose valuable time in the event of a fire alarm. By linking your fire alarm system to our EMS platform, the closest emergency responders are notified immediately via the app.
EMS Fire Alarm Systems save lives
Since the nearest, qualified FAFS personnel can see directly in the app what is going on and the location, lives can be saved. An FAFS officer arrives faster on the scene, because he/she does not have to first examine the fire alarm panel to see what is happening.
Detailed information in the EMS app
In the event of an alert, the FAFS officers receive an immediate notification via the smartphone app. This notification contains detailed information about the situation so that the FAFS officer can immediately respond appropriately.
Direct link via ESPA
You can easily link your fire alarm system to the EMS platform with the ESPA protocol. This protocol works with virtually all fire alarm systems. Furthermore, you don’t need any additional hardware; our EMS platform is an application that runs entirely on the cloud.
Predefined protocol in effect upon notification
In the event of an alarm in the fire alarm system, a predetermined protocol is triggered. This can mean alerting emergency services, as well as initiating an evacuation procedure, for example.
Here you can use different modules of our EMS platform; EMS Voice for mass evacuation messages, EMS Desk for notifications on computers, as well as EMS Reception to directly inform the front desk.
Situation report via EMS app
An emergency responder can also quickly report the situation, by placing a voice or text message in the app with a photo of the situation. This makes it clear to the rest of the FAFS organization and emergency services, at a glance, what the situation is like. This can save lives and money, by enabling faster and more effective action.
Initiation of evacuation plan
A prompt in the fire alarm panel will usually trigger the evacuation plan. As a FAFS organization, you are required to have an evacuation plan.
An evacuation plan must be drawn up in accordance with NEN 8112. An evacuation plan includes how to alert FAFS officers, how to alert internal and external emergency services, and evacuation maps.
All of these aspects can be organized within the EMS platform. With the EMS fire alarm system, you ensure the proper alerting of FAFS officers, as well as internal and external emergency services. The evacuation plan is viewable in the app. This way, every FAFS officer is immediately aware of the situation and the procedure to be followed.
