If the lone worker does not respond to the initial alert, an alarm is automatically triggered, and the location and relevant incident information are transmitted along with it.
The appropriate assistance is called in
The designated emergency responders or dispatchers receive the report and see where the incident is taking place. This allows them to respond quickly and effectively.

Multi-channel Alerts

An alarm is immediately forwarded to the appropriate responders. These may be in-house responders, or a connected emergency call center that, if necessary, immediately notifies emergency services. This ensures that the right help is dispatched quickly.

Indoor and outdoor locations

When an alarm is triggered, the location of the lone worker is transmitted. Outdoors, this is done via GPS, and indoors, additional location tracking can be used to determine a more accurate position.

Works even with limited coverage

When limited information is available, the app falls back on the time alarm. If the lone worker does not check in by the agreed-upon time, emergency services are alerted.
