Is Findwhere safe?

Yes. Findwhere was developed with information security and privacy as our top priorities. We take technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and business data from unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.

Findwhere is designed to help organizations process personal data carefully and in compliance with the GDPR. We process only the data necessary for the use of our services and place a strong emphasis on security, access control, and privacy.

Personal data is protected by various technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and controlled access. Only authorized individuals are granted access to the data they actually need.

Findwhere does not continuously track employees. Location data is only available during an incident and within the geofence. As soon as someone leaves the designated geofence, their location is no longer visible to the organization. This way, we only use location data when it is truly necessary for safety.

Access to data can be restricted to authorized users within the organization. This ensures that users only have access to information that is relevant to their roles and responsibilities.

Personal data may not be retained for longer than necessary. Findwhere carefully manages retention periods and the deletion of data.
