Terms of use for end users

  1. The use of this Findwhere App is subject to certain terms of use, and as such constitutes a binding agreement between you as End User and Findwhere B.V., based in the Netherlands. This Agreement is governed by Dutch law and any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless contrary to law, which in that case shall prevail.
  2. By installing this app and/or registering the Findwhere App on the Findwhere Platform (collectively referred to as the “Software”) used by your User Organization, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms include the terms agreed upon between your User Organization and Findwhere. Please consult your User Organization if you would like to learn more about these terms and conditions. Your User Organization will normally be your employer or the organization for which you work, that has requested that you install the Findwhere-App for the purpose of your work or under the contractual terms applicable to your relationship with the User Organization.
  3. Please note that this app collects and stores user data, including personal data. What data is collected depends on the configuration set by the User Organization in whose name you registered this app. Consult your User Organization for more information.
  4. Findwhere processes your personal data on behalf of your User Organization. Contact your User Organization for more information about what data is collected by Findwhere on behalf of your User Organization.
  5. Unless prohibited by applicable law, the End User may not bring any claim against Findwhere with respect to the use of the Software or the Services and the End User shall indemnify Findwhere from and against any claim. Findwhere may rely on this declaration by the End User in court.
  6. You shall not have the right and you shall not be permitted, nor shall you permit any other party, to decompile, disassemble, decode or reverse engineer the source code of all or any part of the Software, or otherwise attempt to ascertain or reproduce such source code, or to make any changes, revisions, extensions, enhancements, updates, etc. of any kind to the Software, and you shall take all reasonable steps to prevent the foregoing from being done by persons over whom you reasonably have control.
  7. You are prohibited from using the Software and/or the Service in connection with activities that are not legal in the jurisdiction in which you reside or use the Software or the Service.
