If you want to better protect your people in emergency situations, you have to know exactly where, for example, Emergency Response Officers are. In the EMS Dashboard, you get an overview of users per location at a glance. This helps you to get a better overview of the situation and to coordinate more adequately.

Events and protocols

Within EMS, you can create events for all possible incidents, emergencies and crises.  Imagine a large fight, a stabbing, an emergency during an excursion or trip, a fire, a school shooting or a terrorist attack. You write a protocol per event, in which you determine what has to happen, and who should be involved.

Connecting fire alarm installation

You can connect your fire alarm installation to EMS via the Findwhere API. When there’s an alarm, those involved will then immediately see where the alarm is and how the alarm was raised (by means of a manually operated alarm or a smoke detector). This way, it becomes clear more quickly what is going on, and Emergency Response Officers can handle the situation more adequately.

E-learning

Keep the knowledge of, among others, Emergency Response Officers and the Crisis Management Team up to date with the e-learning module. This allows you to do things like record information about your Emergency Response approach or the emergency plan.
